Showroom/Sales Opportunities

You have a proven track record for creating an operating plan and strategy for the team and ensuring it is aligned with the strategic direction of an organization. You can build and execute ideas to improve conversions, efficiencies and productivity for the team though digital channels as well as establish team measurements and provide regular reporting on progress to the senior Leadership. You understand how to continually review and refine sales processes and initiatives to increase effectiveness of the team as well as provide guidance and motivation with your sales leadership team to assist in meeting or exceeding performance goals, conducting regular coaching sessions to inspire engagement and change management. Your strengths also lie in how you play a key role in acquiring and retaining top talent, coaching & performance management, and onboarding. Ideal candidates will have experience leading sales for the home/design industry.


• Experience overseeing an organization of 5+ Sales representatives in a transactional environment where over month revenue and/or profit increases
• Customer acquisition - strategy development and planning
• Drive retail and trade sales
• Innovation/development of new channels
• Development of integrated acquisition campaigns across all digital media channels
• Lead development and implementation of customer relationship marketing programs that deliver against acquisition and retention goals across channels, with a focus on innovating mobile user experiences
• Responsible for creation, strategy and performance of sales team
• Assist executive team with strategy development, business planning, budgeting and forecasting, and overall P&L management
• Success managing/scaling multiple teams
• Proven track record of evaluating sales trends based on reports and metrics and creating meaningful changes to affect positive results
• Develop successful sales teams based on enthusiastic mentorship and motivational skills
• Capacity to travel as needed - 10%


• A proven hands-on leader with 7-10+ years of sales experience; preferred interiors and furniture sales environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and working on simultaneous projects
• Entrepreneurially driven; excited to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
• Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
• Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure, work against tight deadlines all with a positive attitude
