Showroom/Sales Opportunities

The Showroom Sales Associate will be highly motivated, passionate about the home, personable, and capable of working efficiently on an individual and group level. Ben Soleimani, Inc. is rapidly expanding; creating exciting new opportunities for career growth.


• Research and establish new client relationships as well as cultivating existing client relationships within the design industry.
• Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service, in order to deliver an engaged experience to every customer, every time.
• Actively listen to and engage customers, using appropriate selling skills to match the customer's needs, and ensure their decisions build long-term relationships.
• Motivate self to stay accountable to individual sales and service goals.
• Keep customer well informed about orders and any status changes. Must be proactive in all communication for any customers you own.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, as well as prospect for new customers.
• Develop, share and apply product expertise by staying informed with the marketplace and industry trends.
• Maintain knowledge of all product information, website, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain sales floor coverage and follow posted schedules.
• Must execute opening/closing SOP’s before showroom opens and after showroom closes. Ensure pads and rug wall are maintained per guidelines.
• Maintain flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the team and overall business.
• Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication.
• Communicate customer feedback to leadership concerning policies and/or product requests, problems and suggestions.
• Actively participate in weekly sales meetings.
• Send daily recaps and complete pipeline spreadsheet.
• Maintain an awareness of all available resources for training and development, and actively participate in self development and growth.


• 5+ years of sales experience as a top producer, preferably in a home/furniture environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to roll up sleeves and do what it takes to drive revenue through sales and cultivating lasting relationships
• Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
• Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and working on simultaneous projects
• Entrepreneurially driven; excited to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
• Ability to multi-task projects with equal priority, anticipate issues and provide creative solutions
• Ability to make prudent decisions under pressure, work against tight deadlines all with a positive attitude
• Collaborator who thrives in team working environment
• Self-starter that is extremely organized and adept at working with timelines and reporting
• Willing to roll-up sleeves to take on nitty-gritty executional tasks that come with an early- stage start-up.
